"I will be careful not to be especially Christian in my prayer."

The first openly gay Episcopal bishop will offer a prayer at an inagural event for Obama at the Lincoln Memorial.

New Hampshire Bishop Gene Robinson says, "I will be careful not to be especially Christian in my prayer."

It is ironic that a man whose duty is to pass on the Good News of Christ, will intentionally offer a prayer that is not "especially Christian".

"Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ." (Galatians 1:10)
